With 40+ years of experience, Steven DeLalio works with customers to define detailed EB or laser-welding system requirements that include materials, weld penetration, joint design, throughput, tooling, travel motion, heat limits, automation, environment (vacuum, inert glovebox, open air), size constraints, automation levels, budget and more. Leveraging decades of trusted industry relationships, Steven identifies at least three qualified manufacturers and/or integrators and personally visits the top candidate , with travel for that visit included. Additional travel, if required or requested, may incur extra cost. The goal is simple: save the customer at least 10% by avoiding unnecessary components and guiding manufacturers and integrators toward solutions that meet all requirements without overspending. After negotiating the best technical and financial options, the customer receives a detailed quote from the selected manufacturer(s) and/or integrator(s). This quote will include price, delivery, payment terms based on levels of acceptance, warranty details, and future support commitments . Weld Solutions and Steven DeLalio are not responsible for payments or warranties. Additional consulting—validation, acceptance, and installation—is available if the customer proceeds.
