Training / Consultation

Get trained by the best

Hands-on training

$4,500/day

Training is conducted on site by a senior technician with decades of hands on industry experience. You will learn system operation, preventative maintenance, safety practices, weld techniques, and process development so your team can confidently transition into production.

The technician works directly with your staff to develop parameters specific to your application, materials, and quality requirements, ensuring when he leaves you are fully prepared to run parts.

Documentation / Quality Consulting

$275/hr

 A critical requirement of every engagement is thorough, professional documentation. This may include Scope of Work (SOW) packages, work instructions, travelers, shop procedures, and additions to your operations or maintenance manuals.

Our consultant will work directly with your production and quality teams to ensure this documentation reflects real shop floor practices, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations, creating processes that are practical, auditable, and repeatable.

Additional travel expenses will be billed at cost.
